The hotel is in a very good location near the centre of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist us in our every request. Finally the room was very clean and tidied up.

A great central hotel in Budapest
I keep on returning here due to the great location, friendly and helpful staff, good selection at breakfast and comfortable room / bed. The price is also good. Might return in the future as well.
I prefer thinner and more firm pillows - if that was available it would be great, but even with the currently provided pillow I could sleep well.
